We ship to the UK and Europe with Royal Mail, tracked as standard. Shipping is free on orders over £40 — including to Europe.
Before it ships
Every plaque is made to order. Allow 2–5 working days for us to print it, programme and test the NFC tag, and check it before it goes in the post. Carrier delivery time is on top of that.

Which service you get
The service is chosen by the size and weight of the finished, packed parcel — not by how many plaques you bought. A single plaque usually fits Royal Mail’s Large Letter format; several stacked together need a Small Parcel. Checkout shows you the options that actually fit your order.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. You will get an email with the tracking number when your parcel is dispatched, and you can check progress from your order page at any time.
Problems
If your parcel is late, damaged, or has not arrived, email us with your order number and we will chase it or replace it.
