The technology, briefly
It’s a contactless card.
The tag inside your plaque works exactly like the chip in a bank card: no battery, no charging, nothing to break. Your phone powers it for the fraction of a second it takes to read a web address, then opens it.

- XR and newer read tags automatically — screen on, unlocked, hold the top of the phone to the plaque.
- Android
- Most phones from the last decade. NFC may need turning on in settings.
- No app
- It opens in the browser your phone already has. Nothing to install, for you or your guests.
Made to order, one at a time.
Each plaque is 3D printed when you order it, with the country outline inset in white. The tag is programmed and tested before it goes in the post.
